How can I book?
All bookings are through our conference booking site.
How much are tickets?
- Full Conference Ticket - £410
- Full Conference Without Gala Dinner - £340
- One Day Conference Without Gala Dinner - £220
All prices are exclusive of VAT.
There is an early bird discount rate of 10% applicable to all tickets purchased by the 18th of August 2023.
How can I pay?
Payment must be made at the time of the booking; you will be taken to an online payment portal to submit your card details. South Wales Police will cover any transaction fees applicable to your card payment.
I am having trouble registering, who should I contact?

I have booked, but I have not received my confirmation email, can you resend?
Depending on your IT security, the confirmation email could be in your spam/junk folder, this is due to it being sent from a no-reply email address.
I have questions about the event, who do I contact?

Will there be a Community March?
There will be a community march on the afternoon of 10th of October 2023. Further details will sent post registration.
Will I need to wear uniform?
10th October 2023 – Community march - uniform or your normal work attire.
10th October 2023 – Host City Welcome Reception - smart casual.
11th October 2023 – Conference – normal work attire.
11th October 2023 – Gala Dinner – black tie or cultural attire.
12th October 2023 – Conference – normal work attire.
Hotels
There are several hotels in Cardiff City centre some of which are listed under the accommodation area on this site. The discount rate agreed are for a limited number of rooms and will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis. If you would like to discuss this further, please contact the Event Organiser.
